Make breakout notes accessible from the class session page

Breakout notes used to appear in the "resources for class" box at the bottom of a class session. Maybe this is a glitch, but I don't see them there anymore and I have to go back into the classroom to access them.

Allow access to all the breakout group notes from class after the class. Some notes that are the centre of discussion in the classroom cannot be accessed from the class or the resources for class section
